Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The role is located in Bhopal. The Senior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing various HR management activities. This role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and supporting overall human resources (HR) functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR policies
• Skills in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the BPO or IT sector is a plus
