Employee Relations Specialist

Role Overview: As an Employee Relations Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive workplace environment by managing employee relations matters and resolving workplace conflicts. You will serve as a key resource for both employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, offering guidance on workplace concerns. - Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in a fair and timely manner. - Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate discussions between employees and supervisors. - Ensure disciplinary actions are documented and conducted consistently. - Work on improving employee satisfaction and engagement by identifying workplace concerns and implementing initiatives for a positive workplace culture. - Stay updated on employment law changes and implement necessary policy adjustments. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 0 to 2 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor relations. - Strong rapport building skills. - Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. - Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
