Source potential candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit. Building good Rapport with the existing candidates and Ensure proper supply of candidates to the marketing team. Creating a pool of quality candidates and explain them regarding the company policy. Explaining them services that we provide and collect payment for the services. Negotiate salary, and benefits with the candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices to enhance talent acquisition efforts. Requirements : Bachelor's degree Good Communication skill Proven experience as an IT recruiter with a bench sales background in a USA based company.
