Employee Relations Specialist

You will be responsible for administering human resources policies and procedures related to employee relations at Jabil. Your duties will include researching and analyzing HR data, researching, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates for various positions, conducting regular assessments of the work environment, holding follow-up meetings with personnel regarding employee issues, documenting personnel issues and behaviors, providing follow-up on absenteeism issues, generating attrition reports, conducting exit interviews, and performing other assigned duties. Qualifications required for this role include the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders, define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. You should be proficient in using a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system, have advanced PC skills including knowledge of Jabil's software packages, and be able to write simple correspondence, read and understand visual aids, and apply common sense to carry out instructions. Additionally, you should be able to deal with standardized situations, read and comprehend instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and interpret graphs.
