Role Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee experience, including employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigate workplace issues, conduct One-O-One sessions, gather evidence, survey evaluations, and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Advice and counsel managers and supervisors on employee experience matters, including interpretation of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs and take initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and managers.
  • Monitor employee morale and satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms and propose actions to address concerns.
  • Maintain records of talent development activities - exposure of working on internal training & development of employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years only

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster a positive workplace environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or revenue cycle management industry is an advantage
