Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in shaping the employee relations strategy and culture development at BHIVE Workspace. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies aligned with company growth, fostering transparency and open communication, and supporting a high-performance work environment. Additionally, you will be involved in conflict resolution, employee engagement programs, investigations, disciplinary actions, policy development, and IPO compliance reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement employee relations strategies in line with company growth and IPO readiness - Foster a culture of transparency, fairness, and open communication - Design initiatives to enhance workplace morale, engagement, and retention - Support leadership in creating a high-performance work environment - Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution - Conduct investigations into workplace conflicts, discrimination, or harassment complaints - Mediate disputes between employees, managers, and teams - Recommend corrective actions and resolution plans in compliance with labor laws - Conduct engagement surveys and analyze data to improve employee experience - Design and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover - Support career development, mentorship, and leadership programs - Organize employee feedback forums to foster trust and encourage honest conversations - Conduct internal investigations regarding workplace misconduct, fraud, discrimination, or harassment - Work with HR and legal teams on disciplinary actions and corrective measures - Ensure all investigations are documented and compliant with IPO governance - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on workplace policies - Assist in developing HR policies to support rapid scaling and IPO goals - Ensure clarity in employee handbooks, code of conduct, and workplace guidelines - Educate managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and legal compliance - Develop awareness programs on workplace ethics, compliance, and anti-harassment policies - Prepare reports on employee sentiment, workplace conflicts, and policy effectiveness - Maintain documentation on investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution cases - Use data-driven insights to propose improvements in employee relations policies Qualification Required: - MBA in Human Resources About BHIVE Group: BHIVE Group is at the forefront of revolutionizing managed offices & enterprise coworking spaces in Bengaluru.
