Employee Relations Specialist

As an HR Administrator at our company located in Gujrath, your role will involve administering human resources policies and procedures related to employee relations. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing data relevant to human resources. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include: - Researching, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions as assigned. - Conducting regular assessments to evaluate the work environment. - Holding follow-up meetings with personnel to address employee issues. - Documenting all personnel issues, behaviors, and actions taken. - Providing follow-up on Absenteeism issues. - Generating attrition reports. - Conducting exit interviews. - Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following knowledge requirements: - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders. - Proficiency in defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions. - Competence in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software. - Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of specific software packages. - Capability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids. - Aptitude to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. - Ability to deal with standardized situations and interpret graphs. - Basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in various units of measure.
