Employee Relations Specialist

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to employee engagement.
• Drive and implement engagement events and initiatives.
• Maintain internal records for events, contracts, invoices, feedback, trackers, and budgets.
• Plan and execute social initiatives such as happy hours, parties, sports tournaments, hobby workshops, and wellness activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.
• Develop innovative ways to enhance employee experience.
• Liaise with external vendors and evaluate event proposals.
• Forecast expenses and conduct cost–benefit analysis.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate degree with strong time-management and operational skills (especially in event execution).
• 1–2 years of work experience.
• Creative mindset with strong planning and execution abilities.
• High drive for results and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• Strong people-management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Human Resources or event management.
