Employee Relations Specialist

As an Employee Relations Specialist in the HR department, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient work environment at our company located in Visnagar, Gujarat. Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, providing guidance on HR policies, disciplinary actions, and performance management. You will be the go-to person for both employees and management, offering support and advice on workplace concerns. Your role will involve investigating and resolving employee complaints in a fair and timely manner, mediating discussions between employees and supervisors, and ensuring that all actions taken comply with employment regulations and best HR practices. It will be your responsibility to document and conduct disciplinary actions consistently, as well as work towards enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement by identifying and addressing workplace concerns. You will be expected to develop and implement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred). Ideally, you should have 0 to 2 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor relations. Strong rapport building, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should be able to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also crucial. This is a full-time, permanent position, and as an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be required to work fixed night shifts from Monday to Friday in an in-person work setting.
