Job Requirements:

? Preferable MBA/PGDM with 58 years of experience in employee engagement or experience roles

? Strong project management experience and ability to anchor ongoing projects with regular check ins and strong follow ups

? Event management expertise, preferably within BFSI or large-scale organizations

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Experience in managing vendors, budgets, and agency partnerships

? A self-driven approach with the ability to work independently

? Knowledge of digital trends/tools in HR and how to leverage the same for increased engagement & communication

? Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities

? Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
