Job Title: Specialist - Employee Engagement Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Engagement Strategy: Ideate,own and implement tailored employee engagement programs for different business units to improve eNPS for the organisation Culture Building: Promote a strong company culture through virtual and in-person initiatives. Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication channels between remote and in-office employees. Recognition & Rewards: Design and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation. Surveys & Feedback: Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction. Well-being & Work-Life Balance: Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employees' mental and physical health. Event Planning: Coordinate and host virtual and physical events to strengthen team bonding and collaboration. HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure engagement levels and recommend improvements. Who you are: Education MBA HR/Event Management Proven 4+ years experience conducting in person ,Virtual and Hybrid employee events Project management skills & planning Innovative & out of the Box thinking for engagement Experience in setting up & driving employee engagement platforms (e.g. XOXO day, Qualtrics, Slack) Email communication skills Excellent oratory and event hosting skill Go-getter attitude Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times Interested candidates can share there resume at ashi.2khare@angelone.in For a deeper dive into our company culture and vision, explore our Company Deck.
