In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving conflicts, guiding managers, and ensuring that our people feel supported while policies and labor laws are upheld. Your impact will directly shape trust, culture, and employee well-being.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Serve as the

  first point of contact

  for employee grievances, complaints, and disputes
• Conduct

  fair and impartial investigations

  into harassment, misconduct, or policy violations
• Guide managers on

  disciplinary procedures

  and conflict resolution strategies
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies and Indian labor laws

• Maintain accurate and confidential case records
• Review and update HR policies related to workplace conduct and relations
• Partner with the legal team on complex employee relations cases
• Drive initiatives that promote

  fairness, respect, and employee trust

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of

  proven employee relations experience

  , ideally in the BPO industry
• Strong skills in

  conflict resolution and mediation

• In-depth understanding of

  Indian labor laws

• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• High degree of

  empathy, discretion, and professionalism

• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work

  night shifts

  to align with U.S. operations
