WHO WE ARE

Hunger Inc. is home toThe Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, Bombay Sweet Shop, Veronica’s, Papa’s, and Enthucutlet. We blend tradition with storytelling to create memorable food experiences. As we scale Bombay Sweet Shop into new markets, the Projects team will drive this growth through design, planning, and on-ground execution.

YOUR TEAM

You will work cross-functionally with managers and teams across all our brands. You’ll be designated as

Assistant Manager - HR

and report to the

Head of HR

. This role is based out of our Head Office in Lalbaug with regular travel to our outlets to execute the enrichment programs.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR with proven success in designing and driving reward & recognition programs from creation to execution, and executing performance management cycles for different org levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling and professional internal communications.

  • A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and program design.

  • Strong organizational and relationship skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with employees at all levels, demonstrating empathy and an employee-first mindset.
