Employee Engagement & Communications Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility

Function:

Corporate Social Responsibility

Job Purpose

To lead and manage employee volunteering initiatives and CSR communications, ensuring impactful engagement across stakeholders and alignment with the bank’s strategic CSR goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design volunteering program and plan the calendar for the bank
  • Identify and mobilize volunteers across departments as per the targets for the year
  • Identify, onboard and manage non-profit partners and implementation agencies to execute volunteering program and events
  • Execute and manage volunteering events organized by the bank in different locations
  • Manage pre and post event activities including coordination with vendors, media team, communications agency to ensure timely dissemination of communications
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collate reports related to volunteering program and ensure timely reporting post each event
  • Drive automation and adoption of volunteering platform within internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the bank meets its volunteering and impact targets for the year
  • Manage volunteering-related vendor payments, budgets, MoU negotiations and reporting
  • Maintain inventory of volunteering merchandise and coordinate logistics as needed

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the communications strategy, ensuring timely rollout of internal and external campaigns aligned with the communications calendar
  • Curate and manage content for the annual CSR report, website, social media, and other communication collaterals in collaboration with the assigned agency
  • Maintain the MIS of all CSR communication assets including videos, creatives, mailers, and press notes
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of content, campaigns, and program execution
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and internal approval processes for all communications
  • Monitor and manage CSR budgets for communications, ensuring timely vendor payments, contract renewals, and monthly budget utilization updates
  • Conduct quarterly and annual reviews with vendors
  • Ideate and implement digital campaigns and social impact storytelling in collaboration with marketing and communications teams
  • Assist on shoot with the crew and support them with shooting requirements after consulting with the internal team.

Education Qualification

Graduation in any discipline.Post-graduation: Master’s degree in any discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management, volunteer management, or communications.
