Process incoming requests received through emails, Service Now or any other application. These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, HR & Payroll team.Employee Services - More into query/case managementManage the labor laws. This encompasses interchanges between an employer and an employee and may include discussions on salary, benefit packages and employee rights.
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent & referral to general guidelines.Your expected interactions are within your own team & direct supervisor.You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks & detailed instruction on new assignmentsThe decisions that you make would impact your own workYou will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of workPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.Process incoming service requests received through the Contact Center, Email or Web Portal.Process employee leave requests, which includes verifying eligibility, tracking leave status, & provide support services to employees on leave
Obtain sufficient information to research & complete the service requests, Key manual entries or answer query from client employees.Manage workflow of cases effectively & take remedial action or escalate as necessary.Provide information, advice & guidance to clients (individuals, managers, client HR, client representatives) in the relevant HR areas taking account of the confidential nature of the work area.Ensure & maintain the security & confidentiality of client data.Understanding the detailed functionality of all tools & applications used for Leave & Absence Administration. Understanding the end to end processes of Leave & Absence Administration including Client Policies, State or any governing body s regulation.Ensuring all SLA requirements are met as agreed with the client.Ensure that the Team manages their case loads on a day to day basis identifying delays & taking remedial action.Uses & maintains process maps & all process documentation identifying inputs, outputs, roles & responsibilities of the process.Participates in OE programs, Process improvement programs.Create/Collate all necessary Leave data using the appropriate job aids as specified in the Processes. Generate all required reports from Database as per the agreed timelines & send it to the required Stakeholders (Payroll & Benefits Team)Provide appropriate support processes & ensure compliance in adhering to client policies/practices.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements from the State/Local governing body & special h&ling procedures.Required to identify, assess, & resolve complex issues/problems within own area of responsibility & operating largely independently Prioritize own activities & assist team members as needed in order to meet client deadlines & quality standards.
