We’re expanding our team and looking for a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Create personalized and automated email workflows (newsletters, drip campaigns, re-engagement).
• Write compelling subject lines and copy to maximize open rates and CTR.
• Manage and segment subscriber lists for targeted campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI).
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of email automation, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
