Overview:
We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who can design and execute effective email campaigns with the primary focus on generating qualified leads for our business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building targeted email lists, creating personalized campaigns, and driving conversions through strategic email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing.
• Build and manage subscriber lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for targeted outreach.
• Research and identify potential audiences to expand email databases.
• Create compelling subject lines, content, and CTAs to capture attention and drive responses.
• Set up automation workflows for drip campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Run A/B tests to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (leads generated, conversion rates, ROI).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with lead-generation goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing for lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing through emails and also platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
• Understanding of lead funnels, automation, and nurturing workflows.
• Good copywriting skills to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and integrations is a plus.
