Key Responsibilities Research and build databases of potential leads (business owners, startups, and firms in the USA & UK). Verify and validate contact details to ensure high-quality and accurate leads. Create and send mass email campaigns using Gmail (and other tools if needed). Design personalized and engaging email templates that align with our services ( Digital Marketing). Track and report campaign performance (open rates, replies, bounce rates, conversions). Manage inbox replies and identify warm leads for the sales team to follow up. Stay updated with email marketing best practices (avoiding spam filters, improving deliverability). Requirements Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation (preferably for US & Canadian markets). Strong knowledge of database research, data scraping, and lead validation. Familiarity with Gmail mass emailing, email tracking tools, and CRMs. Excellent written English and ability to write concise, professional, and persuasive emails. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated and results-driven.
