Email Marketing Experience: 2+ Years CTC: ₹25K-35K per month Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (Work from Office) Candidate should have their own laptop for office work We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (Email Marketing) to independently manage strategy, execution, and performance of email campaigns for our client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals Focused email drips to create awareness, and signup our SaaS offering Own the inbound objectives of client acquisition and revenue targets Activities to perform: Create and design engaging, mobile-friendly email content Segment audiences using CRM tools for personalized messaging Track campaign metrics (open/click/conversion rates) and optimize accordingly Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design Set up automation workflows and triggered emails based on user behavior Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience Strong knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Experience in marketing and automation Good analytical, communication, and content skills Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus Worked in a SaaS startup is a plus Candidates from a non-agency background preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
