As a highly skilled Email Marketing Expert with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing email marketing strategies to drive measurable results for Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL). Your passion for data-driven decisions and delivering personalized, impactful email campaigns will be instrumental in achieving business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Utilize SFMC features like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder to create dynamic and personalized campaigns. - Develop and manage customer journeys with Journey Builder, leveraging triggers and segmentation for targeted communication. - Build and maintain segmented audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and CRM data. - Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics to optimize results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across customer touchpoints. - Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations. **Requirements:** - Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder. - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and optimization. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization. - Experience with CRM data integration, particularly with Salesforce CRM. - Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting campaign performance metrics. - Knowledge of email compliance regulations. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications. - Experience with APIs, scripting, and integrations within SFMC. - Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. - Knowledge of other marketing tools and platforms.
