Location : Mohali Company : Girafe Department : Business Development & Sales Experience : 1–2 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Salary : 240,000 Per Annum. Role Overview We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Email Marketing Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, a consultative sales approach, and the drive to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across web development, app development, SEO, and digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, promote services, and generate high-quality leads Plan, design, and execute B2B email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and client engagement Set up and manage email workflows, drip campaigns, and automated sequences using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms. Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads through various online platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, Freelancer, email campaigns, etc.) Pitch IT services, including web/app development, digital marketing, and SEO, to global clients (B2B focus) Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Respond promptly and professionally to incoming email inquiries, providing relevant information and ensuring timely follow-ups Track and manage email replies to improve conversion rates and qualify potential leads Draft and negotiate proposals, contracts, and MoUs Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and suggest effective strategies for customer acquisition Meet weekly/monthly KPIs, including lead conversions, revenue targets, and pipeline management Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 1–2 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the tech or IT services industry Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. Strong understanding of web technologies, mobile app development, digital marketing, Email marketing, and SEO services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies for B2B outreach and lead generation Familiarity with project management software like Basecamp .
