Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in retail execution, trade promotion management, and field execution solutions.This role demands strong technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integrations, coupled with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities : Design & Implementation :

Architect, configure, and deploy Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions tailored for CPG and retail execution use cases.
Design and implement Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Order Management, and Merchandising solutions.
Build and customize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business insights and decision-making.

Technical Development

Develop high-quality, scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
Design and implement integration strategies with ERP, CRM, or third-party retail execution systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
Ensure best practices for code quality, performance optimization, security, and scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business users, product owners, and solution architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Provide thought leadership on Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, enhancements, and roadmap alignment.
Conduct demos, workshops, and training sessions to drive adoption and maximize solution impact.

Quality Assurance & Support

Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability.
Document technical designs, integration patterns, and system configurations for ongoing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Expertise :

6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and Integration frameworks.
Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Retail Execution features.
Familiarity with CPG industry best practices, especially trade promotion and retail execution workflows.

Functional Knowledge

Expertise in merchandising, order capture, route optimization, and visit planning.
Experience designing data models and analytics dashboards to track retail performance.
Deep understanding of Agile delivery models, CI/CD practices, and DevOps frameworks for Salesforce.

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional (preferred).
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
