If you have a track record of delivering complex CRM solutions in the Communication sector and thrive in fast-paced, transformative environments, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Design and implement enterprise CRM solutions for Communication sector clients ✔️ Lead teams in the analysis and resolution of complex business challenges ✔️ Integrate Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CMS, DWH, HRIS) ✔️ Leverage integration tools, ESBs, ETL tools, and best practices for seamless data flow ✔️ Implement and customize Salesforce features like Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Omniscripts, and FlexCards ✔️ Define system landscapes and identify gaps for CRM transformation ✔️ Drive DevOps and release management for large-scale projects Must-Have Skills: 🔹 Salesforce Communication Cloud (Omnistudio, EPC, CPQ, ESM, OM, Digital Commerce) 🔹 Hands-on experience with Apex APIs, Triggers, Workflow Alerts, Process Builders, LWC 🔹 Strong data modeling and enterprise application integration knowledge 🔹 Familiarity with Lightning, Flex, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 🔹 Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills 🔹 Experience with architectural design patterns and best practices Nice to Have: 🔸 DevOps and Release Management expertise 🔸 Familiarity with modern mobile frameworks and channels 🔸 Strong communication skills for client interactions 📩 Ready to make an impact?
