Job Description We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with over 7 years of experience in test automation, specifically using Selenium with Java. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and a strong background in designing and implementing test automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java. Create and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability. Identify, report, and track bugs and issues, working closely with developers to resolve them. Implement best practices for test automation, continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD). Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the testing framework. Ensure comprehensive test coverage for Salesforce modules and business processes. Generate detailed test reports and metrics to provide visibility into test progress and quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools for test automation. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in automation testing with Selenium and Java. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks. Experience with API testing and integration tools. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).
