Key Responsibilities: * Design and optimize scalable sales pipelines tailored for both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) EdTech markets. * Initiate and support admissions-focused sales strategies, encompassing effective consultations and robust conversion strategies. * Lead compelling product demonstrations and conduct comprehensive enterprise-level sales consultations, meticulously crafting compelling proposals customized to client needs. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, and academic teams to ensure offerings are meticulously aligned with user needs and prevailing market trends. * Proactively identify and develop new markets, strategic partnerships, and significant growth opportunities through diligent research and targeted outreach efforts. * Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance metrics to continuously refine and improve conversion strategies and enhance the overall customer journey. 1. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred. 2. EdTech Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the EdTech ecosystem, current market trends, competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of learners and educational institutions. Consultative Selling & Negotiation:Exceptional ability to conduct high-level consultations, articulate complex solutions, and negotiate favorable terms. Communication & Presentation:Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences (e.g., educators, administrators, students, parents). Analytical Acumen:Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize performance. Cross-functional Collaboration:Proven ability to work effectively with product, marketing, academic, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve common goals. Business Development:Skilled in market research, lead generation, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. Proposal Development: Meticulous in crafting detailed, persuasive, and client-centric proposals. 4.
