If you get a thrill from crafting EDMs that convert, designing smart AI driven drip journeys, and optimizing every CTA for impact, you’ll love this role. Join our agile, result-driven marketing team at Rapyder, where every campaign fuels growth in Cloud and Generative AI. What You’ll Do • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end EDM campaigns — from audience selection and messaging to reporting. • Build and manage data-driven campaign flows including drip and nurture sequences aligned to customer lifecycle stages. • Leverage Zoho Campaigns and related CRM integrations to personalize outreach and automate journeys. • Segment audiences using firmographic, behavioral, and engagement data for targeted messaging. • Partner with the ABM and content teams to create tailored communication for key accounts and verticals. • Develop and test A/B variations for subject lines, creative design, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates. • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, bounce) and generate actionable insights. • Maintain high standards of email deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling. What You Bring • 2–5 years in email/EDM marketing (B2B preferred). • Hands-on experience with Zoho Campaigns and tools like Mailchimp (Preferred). • Knowledge of automation, data-driven planning, and A/B testing. • Understanding of AI tools in EDM, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation. • Creative flair with an analytical edge
