Ecommerce Specialist

Responsiblities:

• Manage Shopify listings, including product uploads, catalog updates, pricing changes, and content optimization.
• Analyze D2C (Website) data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee Shopify backend operations to ensure smooth functioning of order flow, inventory sync, and other operational processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour to optimize our strategies.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance on various D2C (Website) channels, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Track and improve key customer experience touchpoints across the D2C (Website) — including navigation, checkout flow, product information quality, and post-purchase experience.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Timeline-oriented, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience/ Understanding of Shopify listing and backend management processes.
• Strong intent to build a long-term career in E-commerce/D2C operations and analytics.
