Role Overview

E-commerce Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance across all e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces).
• Track key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and customer retention.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance across Meta, Google, and other platforms to drive revenue growth.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve product listings, pricing, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to improve overall funnel efficiency.
• Manage and audit product listings (content, creatives, SEO, inventory visibility).
• Prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership teams.
• Stay updated with D2C trends, competitor movements, and new tools for analytics and optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years

  of proven experience in e-commerce/D2C performance analysis.
• Strong analytical background with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.
• Understanding of website funnels, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience working with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or performance marketing.
• Experience with CRM or email marketing tools.
• Ability to create dashboards, visualizations, or automated reports.
