Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sales Associate with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital sales and online customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who understands online consumer behavior, knows how to convert interest into sales, and can thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage inbound and outbound sales via online channels (website chat, email, social media, marketplaces)

·       Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling, and order placement

·       Monitor and follow up on abandoned carts, Wishlist, and lead generation forms

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and drive traffic to the store

·       Track and report key sales metrics and customer behavior

·       Maintain product listings with accurate information and pricing

·       Handle post-sales service including returns, exchanges, and customer satisfaction

·       Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

·      2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment

·      Strong understanding of online shopping platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)

·      Familiarity with e-commerce tools like CRMs, live chat, and order management systems

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

·      Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
