About the Role:

E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on

  Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit

  , and other e-commerce platforms.
• Handle

  product listings, catalog management, SEO optimization, and content updates

  to ensure visibility and accuracy.
• Plan and execute

  sponsored ads, PPC campaigns, and promotional offers

  to boost visibility and conversions.
• Monitor

  sales performance, ad spends, ROAS, and campaign results

  , and prepare regular reports.
• Optimize product pricing, deals, and discounts to stay competitive and increase profitability.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for listing creatives, A+ content, and brand store updates.
• Track

  inventory levels, order fulfillment, returns, and ratings/reviews

  across marketplaces.
• Stay updated on

  platform algorithms, policies, and trends

  to maintain high product rankings.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth marketplace functioning.
• Identify new

  growth opportunities, tie-ups, and seasonal strategies

  for revenue expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years

  of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of

  Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Blinkit Merchant Dashboard

  , etc.
• Experience in running and optimizing

  ads and sponsored listings

  on marketplaces.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, Analytics tools, and E-commerce dashboards

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of

  Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Promotions

  , etc.
• Experience with

  inventory management systems or ERP tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking

  .
• Prior experience in

  FMCG / beauty / health supplement / lifestyle

  categories is a plus.
