About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s presence across online marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and Ajio. The ideal candidate understands marketplace dynamics, is data-savvy, and has a strong sense of fashion and brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, uploads, and catalog accuracy across all partner platforms.

• Coordinate with platform account managers to ensure visibility, participation in campaigns, and timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, and pricing to maximize revenue.

• Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, keywords, and images) for better discoverability.

• Analyze performance reports (CTR, conversion, return rate, etc.) and recommend growth strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, dispatch timelines, and new launches.

• Execute marketing and promotional strategies aligned with platform campaigns.

• Track competition and identify opportunities for assortment, pricing, and visibility improvement.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience managing marketplace accounts (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon Fashion, etc.).

• Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.

• Good understanding of e-commerce operations and fashion merchandising.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Passion for women’s fashion and attention to detail.
