About the Position-

Role And Responsibility

  • Develop and achieve both short and long-term Amazon development strategies
  • Deliver consumption and sales growth targets for Crossbeats and Amazon
  • Build customer relationships across multiple levels within the Amazon team
  • Manage all account financials including margin, co-op rebates, markdowns, etc.
  • Oversee a forecasting process allowing for in-stocks to remain at the optimal level
  • Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits
  • Optimize product segmentation, merchandising, and new product set-up with Amazon.
  • Work with Amazon and internal planning teams to manage 12 month rolling forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Amazon teams to develop and execute marketing (ie sponsored ads, DSP), content (brand store, A+), and promotional (deals) plans leveraging consumer insights, testing, and best practices.
  • Organize and share out insights on product, promotions, marketing, and overall performance
  • Monitor the competitive landscape on Amazon


The Ideal Candidate will have

  • 3-4 years’ experience driving results through Amazon preferably for a consumer tech brand. Significant experience with Amazon is MUST required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon ecosystem, and demonstrated ability to stay up to date on Amazon updates and opportunities
  • Skilled in building strong relationships
  • Amazon 3P experience/ strong knowledge of seller central and vendor central portal.
  • Prior experience building multi-year e-commerce strategy.
  • Proven experience implementing high-converting, low ACoS campaigns with high ROAS.
  • Experience turning data and analytics into strategy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to operate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for e-commerce.
  • A desire to be a part of a small but nimble team
  • Excellent oral and written communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field and / or MBA preferred
  • 3-4+ years of direct and hands-on experience in AMAZON eCommerce, sales and/or channel marketing,
  • Amazon Marketing experience is mandatory
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce product flow and web store performance optimization
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
  • Entrepreneurial drive and inclination towards omni-channel
