E-commerce Manager (Flipkart & Other Marketplace)

As an E-commerce Manager at our fast-growing D2C consumer electronics brand in India, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence on Flipkart Marketplace. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end operations of our seller account, optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and conversions, monitoring competitor pricing, developing strategies to increase sales and improve rankings, executing promotional campaigns, ensuring optimal stock levels, coordinating with logistics partners, handling returns and customer complaints, tracking KPIs and taking corrective actions, analyzing sales data, optimizing pricing and marketplace fees for profitability, negotiating better terms with Flipkart, improving product ratings and reviews, and maintaining high seller ratings. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience managing Flipkart seller accounts, preferably in consumer electronics. You should have a strong understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub, algorithms, and ranking factors, an analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.
