Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our business on Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, order processing, catalog optimization, promotions, and overall account health to increase sales and visibility. Key Responsibilities:Create and manage product listings on Flipkart (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) Optimize listings for search ranking and conversion Handle order processing, dispatch, returns, and cancellations Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth pickups and deliveries Manage Flipkart seller dashboard and ensure account health Run and optimize Flipkart ads & promotions Track sales performance, inventory, and pricing Resolve customer queries, claims, and escalations Ensure compliance with Flipkart policies and guidelines Analyze competitors and suggest pricing & offer strategies Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–2 years experience managing Flipkart seller accounts Strong knowledge of Flipkart catalog & seller panel Experience in keyword research & listing optimization Understanding of Flipkart ads, deals, and growth programs Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Good communication and coordination skills Experience in automobile accessories (car/bike covers) is a plus Preferred Candidate:Result-oriented and detail-focused Able to handle pressure during high-sale periods Familiar with dispatch breaches, returns & claims handling Knowledge of Amazon seller central is an added advantage Salary:₹30,000 – ₹90,000 per month (Based on experience)(Target Base Salary)
