Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced and hands-on E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our brand's digital storefronts across marketplaces and D2C platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce operations inside out — from cataloging to conversions, listings & ads manager, and analytics to acceleration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, optimize presence, and compliance for India , US and UK .

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace & Platform Management

  • Manage and optimize daily operations across marketplaces: Amazon US, UK India , Flipkart, Website etc.
  • Ensure accurate product listings with optimized titles, bullet points, images, A+ content, and keywords
  • Set up and manage pricing, promotions, coupons, lightning deals, and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage brand store pages, category placements, and product visibility efforts

Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce operations inside out — from cataloging to conversions, listings & ads manager, and analytics to acceleration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, optimize presence, and compliance for India , US and UK .

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace & Platform Management

  • Manage and optimize daily operations across marketplaces: Amazon US, UK India , Flipkart, Website etc.
  • Ensure accurate product listings with optimized titles, bullet points, images, A+ content, and keywords
  • Set up and manage pricing, promotions, coupons, lightning deals, and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage brand store pages, category placements, and product visibility efforts

Inventory & Order Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams for timely stock replenishment, Alerts on Shortages and dispatch
  • Monitor FBA/FBM inventory levels, avoid OOS (out-of-stock) and excess storage penalties

Performance Monitoring & Growth Planning

  • Analyze platform performance using tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Pie, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Able to understand and present weekly/monthly reports on sales, traffic, conversion, ad performance.
  • Identify trends, product performance insights, and gaps to improve sell-through rate

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace ad tools
  • Optimize advertising spend based on ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to develop platform-specific banners, videos, and marketing assets
  • Drive product reviews, ratings, Q&A management, and customer engagement strategies

Cataloging, Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all product information complies with platform guidelines (FSSAI, legal metrology, etc.)
  • Regularly audit listings for compliance, accuracy, and optimization
  • Work with the legal and quality team to update certifications, labels, and documentation as required

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with warehouse, design, customer service, finance, and Founders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce operations (preferably in FMCG/D2C/wellness brands)
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace back-ends
  • Strong command over e-commerce analytics, ads dashboard, and operational processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to relocate as needed in line with business expansion

Note: Please apply if you have in depth technical knowledge of Amazon, we need either experience & knowledgeable individuals or Interns. (not mid level)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
