E-commerce Manager – Vitricion (Metropharm Wellness India Pvt. Ltd.) About Us Vitricion is an innovative oral strips brand under Metropharm Wellness India Pvt. Ltd., redefining nutrition & wellness with a fast-growing product portfolio across categories like Acidity Relief, Joint Health, Pet Care, and Skin & Coat wellness. With presence in India, USA, UK, and UAE via Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and pharmacy chains, Vitricion is scaling rapidly and aims to become a global leader in oral nutrition strips. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, Blinkit) and D2C platforms. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance brand presence, and optimize e-commerce operations end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, Blinkit , and international marketplaces. Handle PPC campaigns, SEO/ASO, sponsored ads, and performance marketing to maximize visibility & sales. Optimize product listings, content, keywords, A+ content, and brand store pages . Drive inventory planning, order fulfillment, and coordination with supply chain to ensure smooth operations. Track and analyze sales performance, pricing, competition, and consumer insights to make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with marketing for promotions, influencer campaigns, festive sales, and launches . Implement growth strategies for international markets (Amazon USA, UK, UAE, Europe). Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, policies, and reporting. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. 5+ years of proven e-commerce experience (FMCG / Consumer Health / Wellness preferred). Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Blinkit, 1mg platforms. Hands on with digital marketing, PPC optimization, keyword research, SEO/SEM . Analytical mindset with Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting skills . Strong communication, negotiation & vendor management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture .
