We're hiring motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager, to be the main point of contact for our largest and most important clients. The job is to manage the client’s projects from start to finish, ensuring they have a great experience and continue to grow with us.
We are a business services & software development company providing a great learning experience and work-life balance. We work specifically with blue-chip e-commerce companies based out of the US and Europe.
The responsibilities are broken down into a few key areas:
* You'll be the primary contact for our major clients, leading regular online meetings and providing timely updates.
* Clearly set and manage expectations for both the client and our internal teams.
* Build strong, positive relationships to make sure clients are happy and want to keep working with us.
* Anticipate potential problems for clients and find solutions before they happen.
* Build and manage product data feeds by organizing large amounts of product information from various file types (like XML, CSV, etc.).
* Set up and optimize these data feeds to meet the specific rules of different e-commerce platforms (like Google Shopping, Amazon, etc.).
* Review data for quality, identify any errors, and fix them.
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to data imports to ensure all information is accurate.
* Define the goals and scope of each project when a new client starts.
* Assign tasks to the right support teams and give them clear instructions.
* Keep your manager updated on any significant client issues.
* Report bugs or suggest improvements to our own product and development teams.
* Stay calm and professional, especially when facing challenges or pressure.
* Be a positive and professional role model for others.
* Keep clear notes and documentation for all your accounts.
* Manage your time effectively across different tasks and track it using our tools (Toggl, Monday).
* Assist with weekly billing reports for your clients.
* 3-8 years of experience managing eCommerce marketplaces.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a great team player.
* A strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
* Great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience with online advertising (PPC, Display Ads).
* Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
* Basic knowledge of SQL.
