Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. This role involves strategizing, managing online sales campaigns, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving revenue through data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve online sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify trends, forecast demand, and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors or sales channels to drive marketplace expansion.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales team, setting performance goals and tracking KPIs.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the purchase journey.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, CRM software).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of online marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics in e-commerce.
