Job Description:

As a Seller Support Associate at ipshopy.com, you will be the primary point of contact for our sellers, guiding them through registration, listings, orders and issue resolution. Your role is crucial in delivering a smooth and positive experience that helps our sellers thrive on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sellers in registering and setting up their online stores on ipshopy.com
• Help resolve queries related to product uploads, order processing, payments and logistics
• Maintain strong relationships with sellers to ensure satisfaction and platform loyalty
• Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Logistics, Finance) to resolve seller concerns promptly
• Educate sellers on ipshopy’s tools, features, policies and promotional campaigns
• Record and track all interactions and escalate unresolved issues where necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 6 month's of experience in customer support, eCommerce or account management preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms and seller dashboards
• Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools
