About the Role
E-commerce Paid Ads Specialist
This position is ideal for someone who has built brands through data - someone who understands how to position a luxury or premium product in a crowded e-commerce environment and knows how to make every click count.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Advertising Excellence
Amazon Advertising:
- Manage all campaign types - Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
- Handle end-to-end setup: keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and negative keyword curation.
- Regularly audit ASIN-level performance to identify winning SKUs and scale profitable campaigns.
- Optimize for lower ACoS and higher ROAS through strategic placement, product bundling, and seasonality insights.
- Leverage Brand Analytics, Category Insights, and Amazon Attribution for decision-making.
Flipkart Ads:
- Plan and run campaigns using Flipkart Ads Manager across Sponsored Listings, Display Ads, and Brand Story formats.
- Collaborate with category managers to improve visibility and participation in promotional events like Big Billion Days and End of Season Sales.
- Use Flipkart Audience Insights to target high-intent users and optimize for both sales and discoverability.
Quick Commerce Platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.):
- Design and execute ads within Quick Commerce Dashboards to drive fast conversions and brand visibility.
- Work with Q-commerce partners to identify placement opportunities - homepage banners, category highlights, sponsored product slots, and hero tiles.
- Analyze metrics like click-through rates, conversion percentages, and average order values for each Q-commerce partner.
- Develop short-burst campaign strategies for new product launches and flash sales to capture impulse-driven consumers.
2. Strategic Campaign Planning & Optimization
- Develop annual and quarterly paid media plans aligned with overall sales and marketing goals.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace opportunities on each marketplace.
- Create and test A/B ad creatives, keyword sets, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
- Use automation and smart bidding strategies where applicable to improve efficiency.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to brand tone and positioning while remaining performance-focused.
3. Data Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Maintain a comprehensive performance tracker for every platform, category, and campaign type.
- Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, TACoS, and organic lift post-campaign.
- Present actionable insights with visual dashboards to senior management.
- Suggest product or pricing adjustments based on ad performance data.
4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact
- Partner closely with
E-commerce, Brand, and Creative teams
to ensure that all campaigns align with product positioning and seasonality. - Work with
content teams
for ad copy and visual optimization, ensuring the message resonates with luxury consumers. - Coordinate with
operations and inventory
teams to ensure high-performing products are always in stock for ad scaling.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of proven experience in
E-commerce Paid Ads Management
, with a strong focus on Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Ads, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with
keyword research tools
, bid optimization
, and campaign automation
. - Solid understanding of
marketplace analytics dashboards
(Helium10, DataHawk, Pacvue, etc.) is a plus. - Ability to interpret performance data into clear growth strategies.
- Experience with premium or lifestyle consumer categories such as
cosmetics, skincare, nutrition, or gourmet foods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable working in fast-paced brand environments.
