Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to oversee and manage our daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless panel management, cataloging, order fulfillment, and maintain optimal inventory levels while leading a customer service team to deliver outstanding support. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily e-commerce operations including panel management, cataloging, and order fulfillment. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels. Customer Service: Lead the customer service team to resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform decision- making and identify opportunities for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, finance, and other departments to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals. Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Technology Utilization: Leverage e-commerce platforms and tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce operations. SAAS Product Handling: Manage and optimize the use of SaaS-based e-commerce products to streamline operations and improve user experience. Platform Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new products on different e- commerce platforms, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance. Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our e-commerce services. Communication Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
