Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves overseeing website operations, managing online marketplaces, optimizing customer journeys, coordinating with marketing teams, and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website (Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento).
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams.

Online Sales & Performance

  • Plan and execute online sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, traffic, sales, and revenue.
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout processes.

Marketplace Management

  • Manage listings and performance on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Handle promotions, ads, and seller dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Work closely with performance marketing, SEO, and social media teams.
  • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive sales.
  • Implement CRO strategies and retargeting campaigns.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Improve customer journey, UX, and post-purchase experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and returns to improve satisfaction.
  • Plan loyalty programs and retention strategies.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRO.
  • Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing D2C brands or high-volume online stores.
  • Knowledge of payment gateways, shipping integrations, and ERP systems.
