We’re hiring for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to handle daily backend operations across marketplaces and our Shopify website.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations (Marketplaces & D2C)
Handle order processing, dispatch, and logistics coordination
Manage inventory using Easycom (OMS)
Oversee returns, cancellations, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate product listings and catalog management
Manage pricing, discounts, and marketplace coordination
Track sales, stock, and performance reports

Requirements:

5+ years of E-Commerce Operations experience, preferably with a D2C Brand
Hands-on experience with Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata Cliq & Shopify
Strong knowledge of Easycom or similar OMS tools
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Female candidates preferred
