Job Title: LSR Injection Molding Machine Operator Job Summary The LSR Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molding machines to produce high-quality molded components. The role includes setting up machines, handling raw materials, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met. Key Responsibilities Operate LSR injection molding machines as per standard operating procedures Set up molds, LSR dosing units, and auxiliary equipment Load raw LSR materials and ensure correct mixing ratios Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time Inspect molded parts for defects such as flash, short shots, air bubbles, or discoloration Perform basic machine adjustments to maintain product quality Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines and molds Record production data, downtime, and quality issues in log sheets Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures Coordinate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues Maintain housekeeping (5S) in the work area Required Skills & Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field (preferred) Experience in LSR or rubber injection molding operations preferred Basic understanding of injection molding processes and molds Ability to use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and gauges Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment Willingness to work in shifts Experience 1–3 years of experience in Injection Molding (LSR experience is an advantage) Freshers with relevant technical background may also be considered Key Competencies Attention to detail Troubleshooting skills Teamwork and communication Discipline and adherence to SOPs Ability to meet production targets Work Location- Bahadurgarh District -Jhajjar Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
