Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our online presence. The role involves managing our Shopify website, expanding on Indian marketplaces, and scaling our brand across international e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of the Daamaira Shopify website, ensuring smooth performance, design consistency, and regular updates

Product listing, optimisation, and catalog management across international platforms (Amazon Global, Etsy, Wayfair, Faire, etc.)

Handling listings and operations on Indian marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Pepperfry, Tata Cliq, and similar platforms

Ensure high-quality product descriptions, SEO-friendly content, pricing accuracy, and premium visual presentation

Manage inventory sync, order flow, returns, and marketplace compliance

Coordinate with design, marketing, logistics, and production teams for new launches and campaigns

Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and marketplace analytics to drive growth

Manage festive sales, offers, and promotional campaigns aligned with brand positioning

Maintain website hygiene including banners, collections, landing pages, and content updates

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (backend & storefront management)

Proven experience in international product listings and cross-border selling

In-depth understanding of Indian e-commerce marketplaces

Experience in cataloging, pricing strategy, inventory management, and order processing

Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and e-commerce analytics

Strong attention to detail with a luxury brand mindset

Preferred (Strong Plus):

Prior experience in Home Decor, Lifestyle, Furniture, or Luxury Brands

Knowledge of international shipping, HS codes, and export documentation

Familiarity with marketplace advertising tools and performance marketing
