Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce & E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business presence across quick commerce platforms Blinkit, Zepto, Big basket Minis, etc.) and major e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing management, sales growth, campaign coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
  • Ensure product availability, correct categorization, and attractive presentation to enhance visibility.
  • Coordinate with platforms for promotional events, visibility campaigns, and deals.

2. Sales & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve conversions.

3. Inventory & Order Management:

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely stock updates and replenishments.
  • Monitor order flow, fulfillment status, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Manage returns, replacements, and stock reconciliations.

4. Marketing & Promotions:

  • Execute platform-specific marketing campaigns and offers.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop creative content, images, and product descriptions.
  • Track campaign performance and ROI.

5. Relationship & Coordination:

  • Liaise with platform account managers for performance improvement and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams — marketing, logistics, and finance — to ensure smooth operations.

6. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
  • Suggest data-driven improvements to boost online performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms and operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
