Role Overview As a Customer Success Manager at Shasak, you’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) on the other end, making sure our customers feel heard, helped, and happy. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and represent the brand with warmth and professionalism – across calls, chats, emails, and social media. You will also work with the digital marketing team and help build campaigns and communications based on the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and email in a timely and friendly manner. Assist customers with order-related queries – from product details to delivery updates. Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team to resolve issues like delays, exchanges, or returns. Track and follow up on customer issues until they're fully resolved. Record feedback, FAQs, and common issues to help improve the overall customer experience. Help with maintaining a positive brand image through consistent and clear communication. Work with the digital marketing team and help build campaigns and communications. About the Role: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Brand & Operations Assistant to support both the marketing and backend operations of the brand. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of brand campaigns while also managing operational tasks across platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, and Ajio. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Marketing: Assist in executing brand campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors for timely asset delivery. Track performance of campaigns (organic & paid) and prepare reports with actionable insights. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking. Operations & Execution: Upload and update product listings across marketplaces (Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, etc.). Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatches and returns. Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for low inventory or replenishment requirements. Assist in order processing, quality checks, and customer escalations. Maintain and update internal trackers (sales, returns, order delays, etc.).
