About GadgetBite is a fast-growing brand specializing in innovative tech organization solutions and premium electronic accessories. We aim to make everyday digital life smarter, more organized, and more stylish. We sell across major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, and we are expanding our product lines and global reach. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. Role OverviewThe E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online product listings, driving sales performance, optimizing product visibility, coordinating operations, and executing digital promotions across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of marketplace portals, strong analytical skills, and a passion for consumer tech products. Key Responsibilities Product Listings & Content Management Create, update & optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords, images, and SEO best practices. Ensure proper categorization, pricing, inventory accuracy, and listing compliance. Order & Inventory Management Monitor stock levels across platforms and coordinate with warehouse/operations to maintain healthy inventory. Track order flow, returns, replacements, and ensure issue resolution with marketplace support teams. Sales Performance & Analytics Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, conversion rates, and pricing trends. Analyze competitor activity and market trends to recommend pricing and promotional strategies. Campaign & Promotion Management Plan and execute promotional events, deals, and sponsored ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.). Coordinate with marketing and design teams for creative assets & campaign planning. Vendor / Marketplace Coordination Communicate with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other platform account managers to resolve listing, claim, or payment issues. Manage claims for damaged/incorrect returns and ensure reimbursement where applicable. Customer Communication & Quality Respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Work with QC & product teams to maintain product quality and reduce return rates. 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies, SEO for product listings, and marketplace algorithms. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, online dashboard reporting, and data analysis. Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced work environments. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with tech accessories / consumer electronics category. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify or WooCommerce.
