Issue Escalation & Resolution: Inform management immediately in case of any dispatch issues such as vehicle delay, goods shortage, or wrong loading, and take corrective action quickly. System Entry & Tracking: Enter dispatch data into the ERP system or manual register and track the goods until delivery confirmation. Safety & Compliance: Ensure dispatch is carried out following all company policies, safety rules, and legal requirements (GST, e-way bill, etc.). Process Improvement: Continuously monitor the dispatch process and suggest improvements to make operations faster, safer, and more efficient.
