Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

I. Product Development & Sourcing

  • Product Development: Drive new product ideation and development to align with market trends and company vision.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships through regular Vendor Deals/Visits to ensure quality and supply.
  • Cost Management: Conduct thorough Product Costing and execute shrewd Vendor Negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Material Procurement: Oversee the Purchasing of fabric & accessories, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Manage raw material Inventory Management & Account Management with Fabricator, ensuring smooth production flow.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor Payment & Outstanding accounts related to product manufacturing.
  • Visual Assets: Coordinate and follow up on Photoshoot Followups to ensure product imagery is market-ready for online marketplaces.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute Sale Forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and purchasing.

II. Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Retail Leadership: Provide hands-on Retail Outlets Management, ensuring all stores meet operational standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily Retail Operations, including security, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
  • Store Inventory: Conduct in-depth Inventory Management In & Out for finished goods, minimizing shrinkage and ensuring stock availability.
  • Visual Strategy: Serve as the lead Visual Merchandiser, designing and implementing compelling displays that showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Team Development: Execute Staff Training & Handling on product knowledge, selling techniques, and visual standards to cultivate a high-performing retail team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Merchandising, Product Management, or Retail Operations (experience in home furnishings or textiles is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability in vendor negotiation and cost analysis.
  • Strong understanding of retail inventory management and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience training and managing retail staff.
  • A keen eye for design and visual merchandising to create engaging in-store experiences.
  • Ability to travel locally within Florida to manage retail locations and attend vendor meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
